PREFERRED CLIENT PROGRAM

We at Whiskers & Wags realize that life keeps us all incredibly busy these days, so we've developed a grooming appointment scheduling program designed to help you manage your pet's grooming regimen. The PREFERRED CLIENT PROGRAM offers the following scheduling option:

Become a standing appointment client by selecting appointment intervals of one to eight weeks. Receive the date of your pet's next appointment when you pick up your pet. As an additional courtesy, you receive a telephone reminder in advance of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE...

There is no membership fee to join the Preferred Client Program.

Membership in the program is not mandatory. As we've indicated, we designed this alternative to give you the means by which to better manage your pet's grooming appointments so that you may secure a date you have in mind. However, if you're not yet ready to take advantage of the benefits the Preferred Client Program has to offer, we encourage you to:

Schedule the next grooming appointment when you pick up your pet, or
Consider calling at least one week in advance to schedule your pet's grooming.
